Conscious of the importance of our seasonal collaborators' development in order to provide a continuously improving quality service to our consumers, Copefrut provides a series of courses and workshops to enrich our team's soft and hard skills.

To carry out these courses which are taught in classroom and blended learning formats, we have partnered with the Adolfo Ibañez University and other course providers such as: Inacap, Acitec Ltda., Pesco Capacitaciones Ltda., Edutecno, Target DDI, Chilean North American Institute, Icare, NSF international and Deloitte Training Services Ltda., among others.
